All About Your Child's
Home Program
So, you're curious to know more?
Great! I'm going to share with you what the home program includes and how it can help your child.
I have helped families all over Australia through my online occupational therapy sessions & home programs. It works because I give you the tools & exercises to do with your child at home, whenever it suits you!
Which of these have you experienced?
ππΌ You see your child's therapist for 30-45 minutes a week but you leave the session wondering what your child *actually* worked on π€·π½βοΈ
ππΌ After the session, you leave with activity worksheets, notes or emails about what to do at home and they all get lost π
ππΌYou go home from your child's therapy session wondering how you can even do therapy-based activities with them at home π€ΈπΌβοΈ
In most cases, you don't exactly get the opportunity to learn the skills or tools to help your child more effectively or to maximise the therapy you're paying for!
A customised home program helps you to get the MOST out of your child's therapy.
And that's where I come in.
I'm here to give you effective strategies and helpful tools to help your child.
And this is where the home program has helped so many families to stay on track with
using the tools I teach and helping their child to expand into their full potential.
Using information within your intake form and details from our session together, I develop a home program customised for your child, based on their unique needs and the goals you'd like them to achieve.
We work collaboratively to ensure that your child's home program is sustainable and suitable for you to follow at home.
Children make the most progress when they practice their home exercises consistently and accurately and when parents have regular monthly review sessions with me via Zoom.
This means, your support is important and neccessary in this process to guide them, encourage them and give feedback to ensure they are practicing exercises correctly and as best as they can.
It's important to maintain your child's engagement in their home program for between 6-12 months for lasting outcomes.

Want To Make Sure This Is Right For Your Family?
This is for you if:
β
Your child is between 3 - 13 yrs of age
β
You can help your child follow a home program consistently and you know results take time.
β
You're on a waitlist for therapy and you are ready to get started NOW with supporting your child
β
Your child is already seeing a therapist but they don't offer focussed support with strengthening the Brain-Body Connection through primitive reflex integration.
β
You're open-minded and committed to the process. You believe every child is unique & has different needs & abilities.
This probably won't suit if:
β You are looking for a quick solution, without having to dedicate the time and consistent effort
β You don't have space right now to prioritise 5-10 mins of time with your child each day
β You don't want to work at the root-cause level and build the foundation skills first
β You don't feel that online occupational therapy support will work for your family
β You are looking for a therapist to solve all the challenges your child experiences and you're expecting fast outcomes
What parents are saying about following the home program using the Theratrak app
Hi, I'm TilbyππΌ
Occupational Therapist & Brain-Body Connection Coach
I professionally trained as an Occupational Therapist,
with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. I am also a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with a Graduate Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
I have over 7 years of experience working in private practice with children and parents & I am pioneering a new paradigm of support for children & their families.
During my first year of beginning my career as an Occupational Therapist, I began searching for root-cause strategies to help the children I was working with because the traditional therapy was limited in addressing the deeper reasons for their challenges.
I work online offering telehealth Occupational Therapy to families across Australia. My approach includes primitive reflex integration, a conscious parenting/attachment parenting lens and holistic approaches to feeding, sleeping & sensory sensitivites.
